Sriram Ramanathan is the Group Chief Technology Officer at XBP Global, responsible for driving the technology strategy and platform modernization that powers the company’s Agentic-AI evolution. With over 20 years of leadership, he specializes in building the intelligent architectures required to transform global organizations into AI-first enterprises.
Before joining XBP, Sriram held senior leadership roles, including Engineering CTO for AI product development at Genpact, Group Vice President of AI BOTS and Mobile at Oracle, and CTO at Kony (acquired by Temenos). During his tenure at IBM, he was recognized as a Distinguished Engineer and Master Inventor, holding over 150 patents across mobile, cloud, and communications technologies.
A hands-on visionary and technology strategist, Sriram focuses on the convergence of AI and human-machine collaboration to deliver measurable business impact. He holds master’s degrees from BITS Pilani and the University of South Florida.
