Mike Shufeldt is the Chief Revenue Officer for XBP Americas, leading the company’s revenue strategy, sales execution, and commercial performance. He brings more than 20 years of experience driving sustained growth across services, SaaS, and data-driven platforms.
Most recently, Mike served as Senior Vice President & General Manager at ADP, where he led sustained growth of hundreds of millions of USD and 20% CAGR over 7 years. His career includes senior leadership roles at Brink’s and Iron Mountain, where he specialized in scaling go-to-market strategies and aligning sales with product and operations.
Mike is focused on delivering measurable commercial impact by helping enterprises modernize their legacy workflows through XBP’s next-generation technology suite, including AI, automation and robotics, backed by XBP’s robust service.
Mike holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from the Texas Tech University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from Texas Tech University.
