As CEO of XBP Global, Andrej Jonovic is transforming how enterprises create value by scaling AI-driven workflows that automate repeatable work while elevating human decision-making. Mr. Jonovic is responsible for the development and execution of business strategy, shaping the company culture, and enhancing shareholder value.
Under his leadership, XBP Global is setting a higher bar for hyper-automation, delivering large-scale, high-volume, and complex AI enabled deployments that extend well beyond conventional enterprise automation.
A former transactional lawyer and M&A strategist, Andrej has built a global career at the intersection of technology, strategy, and corporate transformation. Prior to becoming CEO of XBP Global, he served as CEO of XBP Europe and Executive Vice President at Exela Technologies. Prior to Exela Technologies, Mr. Jonovic was a managing director in the family office of HGM and oversaw the integration of BancTec’s European operations with SourceHOV following their combination in 2014. He began his career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and is admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales (not practicing). He was educated at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and American University, Washington, D.C.
